Rice Cake

       Rice cake, it is made from glutinous rice (malagkit), mixed with lye water (lihiya), and wrapped in banana leaf. However, instead of the usual topping of brown sugar and grated coconut meat, Merl’s rice cakes are eaten with coco jam.
